Have you not experienced this? It's probably a combo of creatine and a chitload of carbs.

I had debilitating lower back pumps when taking and never. I stopped taking and never and it went away. With regular creatine, it didn't do that.

In hindsight though, and never made me gain crazy weight, like 3lbs a week, yeah I got a little bit fatter but not crazy fat so it was probably good weight and worth dealing with the back pumps.

The 2 month amount made me grow acne on my pubes. Scared TF out of me because it looked like herpes. I used the anti acne cream for my face (tretinoin) on my pubes and it cured it though.

I did get some acne in the past but I think that was because I was also drinking a decent amount too. Bad combo.

That sounds strange about the nando. I haven't really researched it much. I may just stick with only regular creatine forever because trying to learn about gear listening to guys on youtube is so boring.

I think it's common for some types of gear. I am eating a ton of carbs though so that's probably a factor as well.
