I don't judge overweight people, I only judge obese people. If someone is like 10 lbs overweight, then its okay.

Its not that fuking hard to not be obese. Just eat less to the point of being somewhat overweight. Its hard for us (healthy people on average) to stay at a low BF because most of us aim for sub 18% bodyfat.

What makes fat women worse than fat men, is that fat men are realistic. They don't think they look handsome, waste loads of $$$ on make up and try to get high value women. Obese women these days hit on high value men and think that they are beautiful. I know an obese pig who spends on make up and facial surgery.

I don't understand how fat women can sit in a car seat being confutable especially since women generally have wider hips than men. Before I got fat (105kg) I would sit in the car seat comfortably and when I was fat (147kg) I'd sit on top of the seat and it was very unconfutable, now I'm 93kg and I can sit in the same seat with room and cross my legs.

It’s really hard to keep your weight down when you are over 50. It was much easier in my 20s, but I was also more active and could run and do high impact workouts. Now I have spine degeneration and waking and light weights aren’t the same.
