Everytime I’ve tried to poop mid workout it’s one of those 1000 wipers

I poop in the urinal just like doing curls in the squat rack. It's simple muscle confusion.

Have to do pre-workout poops meng. I've only had to go in a gym once in 30ish years.

If you haven't **** yourself doing deadlifts, you haven't lifted heavy enough.

Preworkout **** always. Stop and go back in if there's a grumpy brewing.
