yes some kids can...maybe a small percentage. and there's a distinction to be made between run of the mill bad behavior and a full on verbal/physical assault on teachers/authority. the latter tells a lot about a kids odds of rehabilitation. and the earlier the age it happens and those walls come down -- probably the worse the prognosis. and in reality there's only so much schools/therapist can do when the kid is ultimately raised by the parents/environment that fostered the extreme behavior to start with. like i said, if you're 7 or 8 and cussing out teachers -- the odds of becoming a productive member of society are extremely low.
