All unbelievers in the history of earth will give an account of their lives at the Great White Throne judgement Revelation 20. The book of your life all your deeds, all your thoughts you ever had throughout your existence. Those whose names don’t appear in the lambs book of life will be cast into the lake of fire with the false prophet and the Antichrist both of whom become the first inhabitants of hell.
I tend to lean toward the theory that there are no souls in hell right now. I believe whether a person died in Christ (saved) or not saved their beings are sleeping right now, a huge nap until the judgement takes place. No human beings are currently in hell.
As for why some soft Christian’s sugarcoat it? I think
everyone who believes needs to spread the gospel as a god of love, mercy, and righteousness. And also a god of judgement.

Kind of off topic but you can technically go to heaven without believing in Christ. He saves you from sin but if you can live a life without any kind of sin you'd make it into heaven.

Kind of how kids get a free pass into heaven. Not old enough to understand what sin is so they haven't committed it.

God didn't create evil. Evil isn't a thing, it's an abstract idea.

Lucifer was evil because he was lost in his own vanity so he was cast down from heaven with a small army of angels which also turned evil.


Humans chose evil when they ate from the tree.

God allowed this because forced love isn't love. Humans have free will to do as they please.

Evil is basically void/absent of light. It's a selfish ideaology that goes against creation. God is the god of creation so of course he hates this ideology. It destroys what he builds.
