    Stack advice

    I don't think this is anything out of the ordinary, but I normally just take creatine, whey, and a multi lol

    Decided to try 3g/day L-Citrulline, 1g/day beta alanine, 3g/day TMG everyday and 3g/day Taurine on lifting days.

    I don't use caffeine because stims give me jitters.

    Will these have a synergistic effect? Is there anything else that will help with these? I will titrate the doses. I've been taking TMG and citrulline and its been pretty crazy how different performance has been.

    The taurine, l-Citrulline (increase it by a gram or 2) and TMG are fine to use pwo. The 1g beta alanine is useless in the stack.

    what if I take more? Is it just the dose that is ineffective?
