I’m doing sets of 12 but if 1rm calculators are somewhat accurate to compare vs 8, it looks like I need to add around 35% so that looks like 2 years but blasting for 2 years probably isn’t a thing so maybe never.

To comment on an earlier thought. 200 really was the sweet spot for feeling good, it really was medicine at that level. 400 actually feels like being on the dark side which has downsides too like acne and behaving like a complete psychopath. I’m glad no one in this gun crazy country has shot me yet. I have to remind myself that my behavior is not me, it’s the creatine. Reason I bring it up is you’re kind of crazy yourself Garold and a higher dose could amplify that.

for the most part cell tech will make a man more irritable, but not anything that isnt controllable. unless youre talking higher doses of one specific flavor that is the most effective for gaining substantial size while also on a calorie deficit.

Interesting. I'm debating starting at 300 for my bulk and then upping it 50 each month. Or just staying at 300. I think as long as I don't drink I shouldn't act like a complete lunatic.

personally, id say stick with one dose throughout the entire bike ride, no need to ramp up or down. 300 is also IMO low. i like minimum 1000/week

It's low but I can make solid gains on it if no boozing.
