I pulled 555 earlier this year...April maybe?
Last serious pull was 615 in February 2020 @ 52 yrs old before they closed the gyms because of the "pandemic" and I just barely missed locking out 635 around the same time.
Last comp was April 2018, I pulled 615 @ 50 Years old.

My gym closed for 8 months. Went back in, had to wear a mask, caused serious acne which required an expensive medication (Acutaine) which leads to all kinds of liver and other issues.
Before pandemic I benched 275 x 5, afterwords I got back up to 245 x 8. You are 5 months older than me so it's inspiring to see you elderly folks bending barbells, gives us youngsters some hope.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Damn solid lift. I understand how hard it is to stay motivated when you're quite a bit below your all time max numbers. Props for keeping the mojo going.
That said, I haven't deadlifted in at least a year. Need to get my a$$ in gear and see where my strength is. Right now I have a horrible impinged nerve somewhere on my right side making my strength on that side about 50% of my left side for lifts like chest press and shoulder press. Not sure if that carries to a deadlift. You have motivated me to give it a try!

Thought I would follow up on this post.
I started doing deadlift last week given it's the new year and I really don't think I deadlifted at all in 2023.
Last Saturday I ramped up to a single at 455#, then I attempted #500 but dumped it after getting it a few inches off the floor. I felt a slight twinge in one of my hamstrings...no way do I want to deal with another hamstring injury!!
So today, I did another session. It went something like this:
135 x 12
185 x 8
225 x 6
275 x 5
315 x 4
365 x 3
405 x 2
475 x 1
500 x 1
Certainly not my best, but not too shabby for taking a year off!
Not sure if I want to pursue any goals with it as I'd just like to keep the movement in my program. Who knows?

Great pull, good angle of the vid showing the flat back throughout the movement.
I always had a issue with rounding mid way so I’m starting to just do pulls to just above the knees and focusing on the flat back. My strength is the lockout so I don’t really need to work on lockouts.Autenic Kights Sing Hevy Stel and Hav Hands and Wriss of Steel!

Congrats on the new place! You deserve it, brother.
This gives me flashbacks to 2021 when I moved twice.
We in moved in April from a rent house with an oversized 3-car garage mostly dedicated to my gym to a smaller rent house in downtown Houston with a small 2-car garage where I crammed all of my equipment in there. This while our new home was under construction. Then moved again in October to the new house with a standard size 3-car garage for the gym. We paid movers, but I helped them move the gym because I was paranoid they would scuff my new epoxy floor.
Can't wait to see pics!

Here’s a good story on broken trophies.
When I won 2nd in a strongman comp that night I was banging a chick doggie style and she knocked off my fresh trophy off the stand on the edge of my couch, it busted, I just laughed and kept plowing away.
I bet Zen Master ain’t got that great a story!!!!!!Autenic Kights Sing Hevy Stel and Hav Hands and Wriss of Steel!
