One mistake america made was legalizing drug use without lowering the penalty for dealing it.
So now theres people on drugs doing violent crime instead of dealing drugs.
It would result in a more peaceful environment for the drug dealers. If you get paid 5k for a hit on a rival gang member, that results in same jail time that selling an ounce of crack. Wich choice is better for a 18yo tyrone trying to take care of his momma & little sis.
