    Questions Regarding Vitamin Packs

    Hello everyone,

I have been taking GNCs Men's Extreme Training vitamin pack since April and while I do like it, I am looking for a change. I mostly do strength training 4-5 days a week, eat right, do the usual creatine/whey/fish oil/casein, and then the vitamin pack every day. I like the pack - I do notice it if I forget to take it (which is very rare) but my day isn't thrown off if I do miss it. Does anyone know of something cheaper OR the other option would be something better I haven't heard of around the same price? I have compared ingredients and prices to a few I have found, but just want to get personal suggestions and ideas. Thank you for help in advance!

Orange Triad is my choice too... Animalpak is great but I love that Orange Triad has joint protection ingredients. Orange Triad plus fish oil is pretty much the base health supplement combo for me.

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
