friday: chest shoulder triceps
saturday: Legs
sunday: back biceps
I would split these up and give myself more time in between workouts but i work 11 hour shifts monday thru thursday so lifting on those days is pretty much impossible. considering what i have as a schedule how does this look?
p.s. i will work abs and do some cardio on my days off.

As long as you can handle heavy lifting three days in a row (meaning you have sound sleep habits and eating patterns) then I think you'll be fine.
A lot of people tend to work-out on the weekends (i.e. weekend WARRIORS) and it seems to work well enough for them...Starting to suck a little less at benching...
