    what do you think?

    friday: chest shoulder triceps
    saturday: Legs
    sunday: back biceps

I would split these up and give myself more time in between workouts but i work 11 hour shifts monday thru thursday so lifting on those days is pretty much impossible. considering what i have as a schedule how does this look?
p.s. i will work abs and do some cardio on my days off.

As long as you can handle heavy lifting three days in a row (meaning you have sound sleep habits and eating patterns) then I think you'll be fine.
A lot of people tend to work-out on the weekends (i.e. weekend WARRIORS) and it seems to work well enough for them...
Starting to suck a little less at benching...

I think it looks good, but I mean that's basically the only split you can do with just 3 days to work with. I've been there before with working around a tight schedule so I feel your pain. Good luck.
    Why hello thar!

Hey man, I used to work 12 hour shift work and still fit in 4 days, but to each his own, if your gonna stcik with a 3day split, dont do shoulders and chest together, do something along these lines..

    day 1- Chest - Tri's
    Day 2- Shoulders and Legs
    Day 3- Back and Bi's.
