Instant pot with whatever marinade or sauce you want; always comes out juicy and delicious (srs) just toss it in and turn it on, 0 effort meals.

Hot pan with a bit of oil
Oven to bout 350
Sear both sides in pan until nice golden brown
Finish in oven, can’t recall for how long but I think as little as 10-15mins

Juicy af and flavourful, splash of lemon if you want
