my misc brahs, my carpal is worsening. I am using some B vitamins for nerve healing and some gels for inflamation but it helps for a short time.
i use ergonomci mice and keyboard and board
working oout seems like sole thing that hurts not. driving, typing swiping causes sharp pain.

Raise or lower your seat at your desk. fixed my problem a while back. I think my seat was too high and simply lowered it a bit.

I do stuff like this for my elbow, and I would believe it could have a good effect on carpal tunnel as well.

Oh no OP!! I was in severe pain with this many years ago.
A split keyboard and an ergonomic specialist was a life saver. There is also software that forces you to take breaks.Make It a Great Day! Just call me Dusty. It's a Clown 🤡 World out there.
