    Be honest

How difficult is it to plaster a ceiling if you’re not a tradie?

A friend of a friend said he’ll plaster each ceiling in my house for £100 a ceiling, is it worth just trying it myself?

Easy if you got all the tools.. hanging the gyprock would be the trickiest if you're by yourself and don't have a jack to hold it in place while you fix it

Setting, skimming and painting is the easiest part

BUT for 100dollerydoos per ceiling I'd get bloke to do it - is he going to have it all sorted to be ready to paint?

Do you even make an effort to stimulate myofibrillar hypertrophy by inducing skeletal muscle microtrauma?
