Think the set I picked up was $150 on CL, then I doubled that when I sold them pre-pandemic. But I'd say $300 would be a great price point for that set, I've got 90lb sets of PB's in the $350 range regularly so I'd have those just a little lower. But the rarity would have me tempted, haven't seen those in my area since I sold my last set.

Been a while since I saw anything flip worthy, but for $60 on this Body-Solid GHYP345 I couldn't pass it up. Figured it wouldn't be too hard to make $100-$150 on a 1/2 hour roundtrip if I didn't keep it. Pretty good condition, not alot of scratches and the pads feel like they haven't been used all that much.

Thanks! As usual the timing was quite hilarious, I, was just thinking the other day that it would be nice to find one again. It was listed under 'Exercise' on FB so I think it was a lucky snag. This is what causes me trouble though with buying & selling the same pieces multiple times. I know there is a good chance I'll just find another even cheaper in the future haha

That was a steal! Mine was a 5-hour round trip and I paid $100. Mine had a few dings and scratches on the frame, but the padding and everything else was pristine.
Gas and all it cost me about $160. So I saved about $100. It was worth the time & expense, to me, because I don't believe the new ones have the pop-pin for height adjustment.
I'd had persistent lower-back discomfort for, I dunno... weeks? Three reps on the thing in the sellers garage and a half-dozen after I got it home and cleaned up, and that lower-back discomfort was a thing of the past
Now I'm up to weighted back hypers and oblique bends/crunches as a regular part of my workout regimen.
That bad boy is eventually going to be sitting right next to my functional trainer in the final gym layout.

Did you have any issues assembling yours? One of the sleeves won't go in all the way. I can get the nut on, but not with the lock washer. I tried to get the sleeve back out, but it's REALLY in there. I'm currently waiting on a response back from Rogue. Which handles did you get, and how did you align them? I have a straight pain the the middle, second hole from the widest setting, and a 16 degree pair, about half way out on the outer range.
UPDATE: Rogue is replacing the bar. I had to use a regular size sledge hammer to get the sleeve out. It took several hits.Last edited by RGrizzzz; 12-02-2022 at 11:08 AM.

Yeah man, the GHYP345 is my go-to recommendation for 45 degree hypers and they are retailing for like $379 now. Quality hyper, not only for the lower back but I usually use them to target the hamstrings. Absolutely KILLER! I set the pad on the lowest height setting and grab a 45lb plate (or two), hammer out a bunch of reps and the hamstrings are on fire. I've had issues keeping them in the past because it's a single use machine for me, with floor space being a premium I use them for a while then flip for profit. But can't say enough good stuff about it, there really isn't much to dislike with the GHYP345.

Yeah man! Forgot how effective these were for the hamstrings, even though I do RDLS regularly a couple days after weighted hypers and I could barely walk straight. DOMS city! Might have to hang onto this one, clearly I've been missing these since I flipped my last hyper.
Set of Pro Rexan 125's just popped up for $750 locally, they drop that down to the $550 range and I'd be tempted to upgrade. But my 90's are in great shape and with Platemates I've taken them to 100's. Still, tempting.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #58 ▪█─────█▪

MG4c. Pretty happy with it after 2 weeks. It's currently $100 off. (Picture upload seems broken)

Latest pickup, before and after pics! Got the Powertec Multibench for $200, swapped out the padding with my CAP bench pads to breathe new life into it. Ordered REP replacement pads for the CAP, shpuld be here in the next few days. Win / Win! My CAP bench will have slightly wider padding and I replaced the corner leverage gym with a slightly more compact Multipress.
