OW1 gang. Hate the UI changes. Don't mind the 5v5 rebalancing, tanks went from being pinatas to being beatsticks again. Don't like the newer heroes with overstuffed kits.

Outside of this queue thing, the few games I played were alright.

From the heroes I played, I thought Torb feels really good now. Less dependent on turret to shred people. Hanzo seemed great as well.

They're too different to recommend. Just pick who looks cool or go to the training room and fuk around wih abilities until you think "Oh yeah, I want to murder people as this guy".

Fuk I gotta check this out. So many hours in overwatch 1. I got to like the second highest rank playing as lucio/zenyatta and a little Anna and zarya.

I had a second account to play as hanzo only and I got pretty high on that

Then they nerfed hanzos scatter arrows and I moved on to battle royal games

Overwatch was great in its prime. Metas were questionable at times but the game always was alot of fun to play.

Custom games with super fast ability cool downs were fun as ****. Just total chaos of everyone spamming ults and abilities

Made IRL friends with matchmaking in OW1, none of us still play or downloaded OW2.

It got too bloated with characters, too many buffs and nerfs, and more fun stuff came out. I haven't deleted OW1 yet because I was nostalgic and hoping OW2 would be fun... but dropping to 1 tank only, no 6v6, and the fact that the buzz I've seen is people waiting in queue to get in, makes me want to delete OW1 and just move on.

Lol at branding this Overwatch 2. If i didn't play the first one and then play both at the same time, I couldn't tell which one came first. This feels more like an update IMO. Even the fking maps feels the same, I wish they updated graphics or something lmao.

But I guess this is blizzard post 2020, previously "good" company who is dogsh*t now - following EA steps I see. The only positive thing is that the game is free, but then again first overwatch was released in 2016 so branding this as Overwatch 2 is a shame as even Dayz has better updates these days.
