No, he's unlikely to street race again since he'll be old when he gets out of prison.

He intentionally was street racing through a residential neighborhood.

Also he literally wanted to be allowed to drive while he was out on bond shortly after killing a baby. He didn't "hate himself" enough to just use uber.
