I looked around , on other post, and I never really found an awsner to my question. I have LOTS of muscle in my legs, and I think it is causing problems with my everyday life. My legs are just too big. I need to find a way to lose the muscle in my legs. I just gain muscle so easy in that area. It really is causing me problems, can someone tell me methods where I can lose muscle in this area??????

The Socialist Party candidate for President of the US, Norman Thomas, said this in a 1944 speech: "The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of "liberalism," they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened."

thanks for the serious replies, I understand that some people want larger legs, and that is ok for them, but not me. genetic gift, or curse, whatever it is, I don't want it. the smiple fact of it is, I just have big legs, I don’t' think I need to post a picture to state the obvious. I'm over 18" in my calves and even when I was a tooth pic my legs were still big, so bodyfat isnt' really an issue. the problem of health seems to be my calves are always in a slight pain, they ache all the time and I believe they are wearing on the tendons in my legs and exhausting them, or so the doctor says. So, I just want make them smaller.
I used to bike a lot and that didn't seem to do all that much, but I used to only have it on the toughest gear. I still don't know what do do.
a leg strecher?? I don't believe that exsitsLast edited by handsome king; 01-24-2007 at 11:40 AM.

Even though this is prob a Total JOKE! If this is true how old are you? Sounds like you may have Duchenes Muscular Dystrophy. That is a classic sign of it, large muscular looking legs, almost abnormaly large for the size of the body. But this tends to be a pediatric problem. Anyway more likely than not this is prob a joke post.
