I'm finally down to 206lbs which is my lightest in years. Not running, just brisk walking. I can't do more because just walking 10k everyday at my weight is demanding on joints but I'm pushing through. Feels like my day doesn't count until I do my walk.

I have an Amazon order to do soon, thinking of adding CDNIM milestone to the list. Anyone here has it?

Thats good stuff man, congrats on the weight cut. I just broke up with Fitbit about 2 weeks ago after 11 years of daily wear and switched to a dedicated running watch. I will say, Fitbit was extremely generous with their daily step counts. It would show me having gone 50-60 steps just brushing my teeth or sitting on the couch playing Mario Kart with my kids. I was averaging 11-13K steps with the Fitbit usually, on days when I ran between 15-22K+.

This new one though, only does steps and is real conservative so I will have to kick it up a notch to hit 10K daily.

How often do you have to to recharge?

The battery is absolutely bonkers. It has to be witchcraft. The manufacturer states a 20-day battery life and I think they're undercutting that number. I used it 9 days and still had 44% remaining and that was with me fidgeting with it during set up, trying new watch faces, receiving texts and emails on it, messing around trying out all the features. You can change the heart rate reading from real time or one measure every 10 minutes to further extend battery life. I was toggling back between the two to see how they compared.

Maybe you had an older model? I tested the chit out of mine and I had to really try to simulate walking to get steps to register. In face when I'm walking I can't rest my hands on the handles because many times it won't count. Mine is fairly accurate.

And thanks alot man, it's a huge change in my training style where I used to focus much more on lifting. This is much less fun than lifting, I can tell why it's tough for fatcels to stick to this. Yet somehow this is the best I've looked in so long. Can't wait to go below 200, it will be a spiritual.

@ niche favorites vids... I've seen so much of these at this point. Depends on the video. Most wins I've seen are Aventus and its clones, Layton, BR540. Typical stuff.
