That cereal will never get old. I never have heard of that story you mention. Even if that did occur in CTC - it would't stop me from having it. We are talking a 30 year addiction here..lol.

Thats not really a double standard. When people ask how to lose weight and they are told to eat less, that is literally the answer to their question.

Except most of the time as you could attest to more than me, they're not really looking for that answer, but rather some kind of external warrant to justify their current situation, to be told that it's not their fault or that it's somehow outside of their control. As soon as they say that, like clockwork they are harshly told-off, not infrequently with some mockery. Yet here you seem to be saying that social media addiction is something that people just can't help, and that they're "lucky" to be free from, as though the same reasoning doesn't apply. That's all.

It's very easy for me to skip breakfast, but I'm pretty consistently a lunch and later dinner and heavy meat lover, so probably 50-80 on hungry days and 30-40 on crash days when I wasn't hungry and didn't care.

The first time I tried planning out 1g per lb body weight I felt like I was back at school trying to bull**** an essay outline.

In practice, I found that getting like 60-70 grams early in the morning makes getting the minimum .7 much more consistent just with appetite alone. I should probably start doing that more.
