I am so sad. I lost 100lbs of fat, i gained a lot of muscle. I am at 210lbs yet I have a tremendous amount of loose stomach skin. I don’t have money for surgery, I don’t even know if laser skin tightening would even help in my situation.
I don’t know what to do I don’t want to live like this. Id much rather be 300+ lbs than have loose skin. I thought that i would just have muscles showing but that’s not true. My stomach looks horrible, its sick! **** life like this
It’s so depressing. I worked do hard but in the end everything is worse. I have a nice physique but a horrible looking stomach. It don’t matter how lean i get, the skin is always there. Can someone help me, what can I do?

laser skin tightening
from looking at my photo is that too much loose skin for laser skin tightening? that’s like that after losing 100lbs of fat. I will gain another 25lbs but thats not enough to fill out the loose skin.
Id need to gain another 75lbs to get rid of the skin…
what laser skin tightening place could tighten my skin? I only want to do laser skin tightening or I’ll just regain 75lbs instead.
What do you guys think?

Dude, chill out... you haven't ruined your life like you say in your other post.
You likely lost weight too fast & haven't put on as much muscle as you think (if any). Work out under a proper lifting program, continue to lose weight but at a slower pace, give it time & then assess where you are in terms of loose skin. At that point, see a specialist for advice on options rather than asking us meatheads.
Don't plan to gain back 75 lbs to "fill out" the loose skin. You may just end up fatter still with loose skin and/or stretch marks, aside from being in poor health.

is it bad?
so do you guys think it’s really bad? I developed really big arms, chest, and back from lifting weights. Im not sure how much fat I have left to lose tho? I think I’ve lost enough and that it’s time to start building more muscle. I don’t mind loose skin I just hate how saggy/flabby my lower stomach is! I’m disgusted by it. Do you guys have any advice for me?

it's a bit contradicting when you say you developed really big muscles, and at the same time you want to build more muscle instead of losing fat. like i said in your other thread, everyone has different goals, but if you want to "have muscles showing" like you thought you would, you need to lose more fat

Congrats on your weight loss. I am in a similar situation, 50 years old and lost 120 lbs this year, but still have 30 more to go before I get under my goal of 220. I don't have the excess skin yet, but expect to when I get to that point. As others have said, do what you can to save money for the procedure you want if the appearance bothers you too much. Just remember the health benefits of having lost all that weight, don't let this send you spiraling in the wrong direction.

You do have some loose skin but it's not as bad as I thought when reading your post, you've still got quite high bodyfat%, lose more weight while saving for surgery, you might end up seeing you won't need it and you'll have cash on hand for whatever, or if you'd still like to go through with it then by all means.
Reality is, you don't have that bad a case of loose skin, and you're still quite fat with more fat to lose which will make you look heaps better once you do.Brazilian Crew |<o>|

If you are choosing between the two options, go with the tummy tuck surgery. Had a friend who did it a few years ago and although he has a pretty gnarly scar around his hip, he has clear 6 pack with no loose skin. Looks great. The skin tightening lasers are bull****. If you are debating between the two get the surgery. It seems a lot more intimidating but it is 1000x more effective. Also, yes, it looks like you still have a bit of fat to lose. Definitely do that beforehand.
