So after losing a major dem stronghold due in large part to a bipartisan rejection of CRT, dem strategists have done a post mortem and determined that the way forward is to push even harder for CRT, perhaps even making it a foundation of the democratic party going forward.

Democrats plan to swing back aggressively at Republicans on critical race theory claims
I, for one, fully support this strategy.Democrats haven't yet pushed back on this issue enough, but the "good news" is the party's response is effective and there's time to make the case before the 2022 elections, said Jesse Ferguson, a Democratic strategist. They just need to make the case "relentlessly," he said.
"Voters run from the Republicans when Democrats peel back the onion on what these claims really mean," he said. "It's not just that Republicans want a bigger role for parents in education, it's that Republicans are willing to let white supremacists write curricula."

I don't think BBB has straight up amnesty in it (illegals wont get citizenship or residency), but they'll be protected from deportation, will be able to get work permits, be able to travel abroad, etc. So it's still pretty awful
Surely these natural conservatives will vote for the GOP now*Sit there and don't know what to do when people sing happy birthday to me crew*

GOP had the midterms in the bag but fukked themselves with:
1. Roe v. Wade overturn
2. Nominating a bunch of nutjob Trumpers (election deniers)
I said after the Youngkin win that the GOP had the formula for winning - a guy who can appeal to MAGA but also suburban women.... but Trumpers decided to nominate nutjobs like Kari Lake and Walker and Oz lol.Republicans are weak men who pretend to be strong
Democrats are strong men who pretend to be weak

Trump is wayyyy more of a factor than Roe. Kemp supported the Roe overturn and signed abortion restrictions in GA and refused to say he wouldn't sign even further restrictions and he beat Abrams handily.
Plus Youngkin, while I guess better than a Dem, is from the Romney venture capital wing of the GOP. Wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. GOP needs right wing populists who don't act in a manner that turns tons of people off.
Apparently it's next to impossible to find this, though.*Sit there and don't know what to do when people sing happy birthday to me crew*
