i OD'd on beta carotene

hey guys...so i had my annual physical today..since im turning 18 in a week..it was the full one *coughcough*...neways, i found out that ive been consuming way too much beta-carotene...i just wanted to post this to let everyone know that eating too much of it can be diagnosed by having an orange tint on the palms of ur hands, and orange skin on the soles of your feet....this thread may seem pointless, but just wanted to warn everyone...side effects include: nausea, dizziness, double vision, muscle aches, joint aches, ringing in the ears......it can get pretty serious

i now have to lay off of sweet potatoes, yukon gold potatoes, carrots, tomatoes..for a month....i dont know how im going to survive
