TB hardly ever kills anyone in America. In fact, the cases of TB here are so low, that proper public health protocol is to NOT vaccinate everyone so that IF an outbreak does occur, we can rapidly test for and identify TB and contain it. (Prior vaccination renders the TB test useless.)

The mortality rate upon infection of TB is 12.3%. That is a fact.

Whereas the survivability rate of Covid is 99.9998%. That is a fact.
