I'm starting to feel more inspired than I have been the past few weeks.
My Tuesday session was traps and delts.
Everything went well with very little shoulder pain.
Lateral raise are out for now but I found that wide grip BB upright rows worked well.
It hits the side delts and I didn't have any pain or difficulty.
Today was arms and abs...yes abs!
I am determined to get as close to this condition as possible before I reach the big 70!
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Lmao I don’t know why, but I always find that so enjoyable to hear. It makes me laugh and tells me I can’t be that small looking lol.
I’m fighting a cold or something which has my kidney numbers looking a bit out of wack ... hoping they bounce back once I get over whatever this is ... if they do I’ll continue pressing forwards with the goal of an August classic physique show. If they don’t cooperate I’ll shut down this plan and be content looking relatively juicy and being healthy. My goal was to put on a bit of size and get shredded ...
5’10.5 205lbs 8% BF 19.75” arms with a pump and 27.5” quads with a pump. Just need to drop 3% BF and ideally keep these dimensions

In. Turning 30 hit me like a truck. Have always had a fast metabolism and struggled to bulk but all of a sudden the abs just melted into my torso wtf.
So I'm doing my first ever cut this sht sucks lol. Counting macros is fking annoying! Is this really the rest of my life if I want to be lean??Money talks

I personally enjoy tracking my macros and having the will power to eat exactly what I need to for my goals. Most are too mentally weak and unwilling to do what it takes.
My kidneys have been a bit ****y this past week I got a cold and it caused my disease to flare up, but it’s starting to calm down hoping my test strips look good again by end of today. I’m 5’10.5 206lbs here. Still gunning to try to do a fitness show by august if my body cooperates.
Trying to do images from my phone is a pain in the ass lol did this work?

This thread pushed me back into getting shredded.
Down 11 pounds in a month and a half.
First did only caloric restriction.
Saw mccoy19 mention IF, searched up fasting research and went down the rabbit hole.
Lots of interesting research with lots of benefits.

Just an FYI it's not all beer and skittles from an endocrinology standpoint, IF is known to raise SHBG and estradiol while dropping free T. There's not a lot of scientific literature on the subject (did find this study which shows "Testosterone and insulin-like growth factor 1 decreased significantly in fasting group, with no changes in normal diet group" https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5064803/) but anecdotally there's heaps of guys posting their bloodwork on reddit who are keto and/or fasting with sky high SHBG and low free T

When I last got bloodwork done after 3 months of strict keto and IF (16/8 everyday with weekly 24 hour fasts) my SHBG was so high my doctor asked if I was taking steroids (result was 98 nmol/l ref range was 15-50). How much of that can be put down to keto and how much can be put down to IF... who knows.
Thing was I felt awesome at the time I got these tests done and I'm strict keto IF now too and feel awesome. I would imagine I've probably got borderline hypogonadal free testosterone levels at present so the fact I feel awesome is pretty strange. People like Shawn Baker (carnivore dude) like to say that keto/carnivore/fasting increases androgen sensitivity so the body has no need for sky high free test but I don't think there's any scientific literature to back that up.insta www.instagram.com/strongbanter
