Looking to upgrade to one soon. Currently driving a 12’ speed3 which I love but I can finally afford something nice and the rs3 has caught my eye. What’s everyone’s opinion?

I'm sure the 5-cylinder is great and its a nimble and fun car to drive, but the looks don't thrill me (srs)
I'd rather buy a 2016 BMW M3 for the same price (~45-50k used). More room, better exterior looks, more power
this is the spec I'd buy

Superb car. Picked one up in early April after selling off my MK7 Golf R. Unitronic tune and sitting just under ~500hp crank. Bunch of other aftermarket goodies as well. They're a bitch to find and the rarity and following in the tuner world is currently causing prices to climb. Dealers are gouging pretty hard on them right now and your best bet is probably enthusiast groups. It was a painful wait to find the right one for me but well worth it. Very easy car to daily drive but pulls hard when pushed. I'm averaging 24mpg in mixed driving. The M3 was a close second for me but I much prefer AWD as I live in New England. The 5 cylinder also sounds WAY better. Happy to answer any specific questions.

That inline 5 has some crazy tuning potential. Its too bad that the RS3 looks kind of boring and the TTRS is kind of specific and turns a lot of people off.
They really need to make something like a mini-R8 and stick that inline 5 in the back where it belongs.Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.

Audi is redesigning the A3,S3,RS3 for 2022, might as well wait and pick up one of those.

My buddy is selling his. Fun cars that can be made stupid fast. I considered one before getting my M3 but not having a manual option is what killed it for me.

If you want a fun awd car, dont think there's a better option out there especially for the price. Just a stage 1 ECU tune No bolt ons I ran a 10.8 1/4 mile
