I work two physical labor jobs and I eat when I'm hungry and partition my food when need be. I eat junk food and "healthy" food but I'm still aware of what I'm eating.


A few rounds of basketball a week also helps too. My profile picture was taken sometime in 2015 I think.

Maybe get at the level of riding the train and not bothering every person around you. Try taking donations so you can buy a house and you can dance your little heart out all day long or do you need it to be in front of a captive audience who is just trying to get somewhere and not have you take up the entire train?

Aside from setting up the stand, I was socially distanced. Also, most NYers generally don't give a ****. They see others as NPCs, as you probably should. I'm not hurting no one, I'm entertaining myself, and I'm doing cardio without needing to run.

It's weird. My antics just usually draw positive people. The negative people are too cowardly/embarrassed to speak up and I get to act like an urban youth for cardio gains. I also pulled off a one arm chin up yesterday when I was dancing on the train again but not recording myself. I failed trying to do it with my left arm though.
