my Roja Kingdom of Saudi is due in tomorrow. may be my Christmas day scent just because. I'm also looking into only getting 10ml Decants of high end juice and clone house full bottles (AF//DUA//Genre etc) moving forward. The clones will be everyday wear while the 10ml's will allow me to dabble in high end niche without breaking the bank. Thoughts?

You know I dun had to check out these babies. So... When it comes to niche I've only ever had decants. Black Phantom was my first niche but even then I only got a 100ml refill so it doesn't count as a full presentation.

I have to say, the presentation on these are phenomenal. Bottles are much nicer in person than on your screen. I'm also really surprised at how heavy they are. What the fuk. You could kill people with these. Even the caps.

Anyway no surprises here besides two. I have a sample of Bal D'Afrique to compare to the clone, as well as Side Effect to compare to its clone.

Coco is something I would rock as I like patchouli. Girl has a huge bottle of it too. I tried some of her Shay and Blue stuff like Blood Orange. I have word her Bottega Veneta which has a nice leather accord to it.

Objectively, scents don't have gender. It's just that growing up, we learned to associate certain types of scents with certain genders.
So going with that,

If something smells good, I wear it. I wear lots of unisex scents and even ones leaning a little more feminine (florals).
I can only count one time in my life a girl ask me why I was wearing a woman's perfume but she was kind of a hater because I didn't want a relationship with her. I was wearing a "men's" scent at the time.

Cliffs: Wear what you love to smell on yourself and makes you feel confident.

Man the fragrance is all that matters. Getting a deal on 100ml is whats up. If you do get a chance to get a bottle, sure, but i wouldn't go out of your way. It's not like you are wearing the bottle when you have it on.

Merry Christmas. I do to an extent, I have a couple of frags marketed towards women like A goodnight Kiss, Samsara, Roja Lilac and Kilian Rolling in Love. You have to be pretty confident and not care because some people may say something about it. My wife said i smelled like a woman weaing Rolling in Love, but it sure doesnt stop me from wearing it. Its good chit.

I think they are "tweaking" their interpretation of BR 540 Extrait. I had it, and it didn't have the deep scent that the OG did, maybe this fixed that. Just my guess.

Girl got me Chanel Bleu de Chanel EDT, PdM Carlisle, and Xerjoff 1888 (almost bought this one yesterday) as well as a Le Labo sample set.

Got her daughter's boyfriend Xerjoff Accento. He was very happy.

Got the girl a bunch of sample sets from Goldfield and Banks, Ormond Jayne, Sarah Baker, and Anthologie De Grands Crus (L'Atelier Francais Des Matieres). Probably missing one too.

Diptyque candle I got her was strong (tuberose) I have the sandlewood one.

I can confirm. I have a bottle of sweet smoke and have had a decant of TV. It isnt the same, but i think it's better. TV to me is straight honey to my nose. It got compliments, but didnt get much tobacco, just very over the top honey. Sweet smoke has the very same DNA, but much less honey and more of the sweeter tobacco/pipe smell.

One of these days. I have so many bottles that it might take awhile to setup. I store my fragrances in a 5 drawer dresser and 4 are already filled lol. I'll probably stop buying and sell more once the 5th drawer gets filled.

Awesome price on that Naxos. I got the L4L clone 1981x and it's pretty good.
