I use both but it's not a weird SJW thing in my country. When you say happy holidays to somebody you're basically just including new years, also we have two days of Christmas.

Yeah I'd do the same if people started this kind of SJW chit over here. I'd switch to only saying Merry Christmas just to not get cucked by the SJW culture. It's been getting worse here like all over the western world but at least they haven't started trying to fuk with christmas yet. Why would you say Merry Xmas when Xmas is a single day? If you are off school for 2 weeks or work closed for 2 weeks Dec 24ish-Jan 2nd why would you say Merry Xmas? You guys are just tryhards trying to make something out of nothing. Everyone says Merry Xmas when its days before or day of Xmas. Happy holidays includes all the festivities from pre-Xmas thru New Years.

I saw both. I usually say Merry Christmas the couple days before or after Christmas, while saying Happy Holidays the rest of the time. Or Happy New Year the last day of the year or the first few days of the new year.

I usually say happy holidays. But that’s because I include New Years as I don’t expect to see them again until the holidays are over, most likely. Whether it’s an employee of a business or friends. Not for PC reasons

Pretty much this. December 23rd - December 26th I say Merry Christmas. December 22nd and earlier and December 27th and later I say Happy Holidays.
