And in the case of one court of law in MI looking at affidavits relating to this election, the judge deemed some of the affidavits before him to be non credible and/or showing a lack of understanding of the electoral process and therefore dismissed them. Which is why it's foolish to assume that a claim of fraud or wrongdoing in an affidavit is actual proof of said fraud or wrongdoing. It's something that should be looked at, but it's not automatically proof.

Of course they have to be verified, that's not the part that's infuriating. The clear double standard as to what the left/media constitutes as evidence is the issue. 4 years of one false story after another with ZERO evidence, and the media and libs had zero issue running with the stories and presenting them as fact. You don't see the issue with that? Take the Kavanaugh hearings... an absolute disgrace. Russia Collusion, Ukraine impeachment, etc etc... all were presented as fact despite lacking any real evidence. Now fastforward to this election, democrats change the entire system 1.5 months out, irregularities and election violations are reported nationwide, hundreds of sworn affidavits (must be verified yes, but they come with potential penalties of perjury, far more compelling than anything presented in all the bs accusations from the left), and the media and dems want to stick their heads in the sand and say there is absolutely no evidence. Give me a break. If the roles were reversed and it were Joe Biden's team claiming election fraud and they were presenting hundreds of sworn testimonies to the court, do you think for one second that the media and dems would be sitting here going "that's not proof of anything, this is all bs, get over it loser!" Every witness testimony would be played on repeat day after day until the inauguration. You know it, everybody knows it.

PA legislature terms end on November 30th.

The Secretary of State/Governor may choose to not certify the State results of the election.

The PA legislature will not be functioning after November 30th and cannot attempt what Trump is trying to do.

The Secretary of State/Governor certifies their own State results December 9th or 15th, rendering Trumps effort...moot.
