Im finish up my 1.5ml sample of satin mood x. While i still think is harsh af off the skin, i find the sillage very lovely. Even it heat the scent comes off soft and delicate despite been a complete beast of a scent.

Idk about yall but I rarely finish a sample, and this one lasted 3-4x longer because of how strong it is. Base on that i feel it deserves a spot in my collection.

It's way more sharp and has this scratchy note in there, especially in the opening. You'd be surprised how much I enjoy wearing OSM even though our climate is brutally hot.

@coalmain OSM does well in the Florida heat, never get clowing like hacivet or ani did. It 90+ year around with 80% humidity minimum. Summer 100+ and 100% humidity pretty regularly. Cant imagine you weather been much different. Im really happy osm behaves in the heat

To be honest I don't really take notes seriously.

It's just advertising and giving you an impression of what a frag smells like. There's tons of frags with really different notes that smell similar and frags with similar notes that smell different lol

Plenty brands hide notes from us in their releases. Different houses even have their own DNA unique to their house.

I know will likes some barnyard smells but I would have liked if one of these houses makes a line without a buncha Oud and weird smells coming from them. Maybe something like Amber Cologne but more masculine. I notice these companies also add a bunch of florals in their compositions too.
