Krikey an '01. You guys are getting rarer than Unicorn poop.
I actually like those little tins of meat, they're usually pretty fatty and you can fry them slowly then cook 4-6 eggs in the grease. Very rare for me to cook eggs in butter or oil these days, just use bacon, sausage or corned beef hash grease.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

You make your own pizza IC?
I have been known to order a cheese pizza, put pepperoni, green olives and more cheese on it and bake it again. That's only because the heathens around here don't realize that green olives are the best pizza topping and they don't offer it as an option.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Yeah, I miss good old days.
Back then I made those gifs for them mods and we had fun!
Just wonder if there still is anybody left here who remember them?
Fitty and his friend (can't remember the name)
Roxy and Skippy
Ikermit
Forge
Joker and Skippy
I also wonder how they are doing these days.🌺 Lauren Brooks Kelly (snailsrus) - Jul 25, 1991 – Jan 29, 2022

Home gym crew
Feeling the best I have in a couple of years, actually. Been experimenting with lower volume and lifting strictly in a lower RPE (5-7). Joints feel great. Growth seems the same. Now transitioning to higher volume shorter rests with a similar RPE. We’ll see how that goes.
At 34 and never doing this competitively, I just want to be more efficient with training and continue to feel well.

Rheumatoid Arthritis. A damn shame, guy was cooler than the other side of my pillow.
Got a home gym but not much motivation, no way to work back except for deadlifts which are on tap for tomorrow. Lost size but oddly enough even with crappy diet and spotty workouts strength hasn't fallen off much. Think it's the plenty of sleep and joints feeling better.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.
