that episode of fruits basket was so good...as always!!! uotani so interesting. i had that 26 y/o moment with two 16 y/o girls before my life altering injury last year. it was that good chemistry **** but she's ****in 10 years younger lol. doesn't work out in the real world for sure. i think... the difference in life experience in huge. or well the age of 16-20 is just too eventful. but i think i should have gone for it still.

ayy lmao you are going to rustle a lot of jimmies, imo the issue with the ant arc was the pacing, it maybe wasnt as bad on the mango since text can be read faster but on the anime it was really slow, especially durng the castle raid, that being said the anime was great the ant arc had some very good moments like
ant arc spoilers, read only if you have finished it

the anime does have greact fights, like Gon vs Hisoka, the Zoldycks vs Chrollo, the spiders and a lot on the ants arc
homerxhomer is liked because for being an action anime it stays consistent and dont have asspulls like other action anime, imo it has a couple here and there but theya rent that bad, it sucks that the author has the manga always on hiatus so we are likely never watching how it ends given how it feels like the anime didnt cover even half of the story, if you havent watched it yet check Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, its the GOAT action shounen anime

I always hated Yuu Yuu. IDK Why. I couldn't watch Bebop or Akira either, just couldn't get into them. Love me some Samurai Champloo though.

Fate Zero - Prequel that is meant to be watched AFTER FSN/FSN UB & Heavens Feel since it spoils a lot.

Fate Grand Order - completely different storyline with some callouts and stuff. It won't spoil the other and vice-versa.

FSN - watch first - but the anime of this is butchered in terms of story (they sortof merged all three vn routes into one). Currently the only way to 'watch' this properly is to play the Visual Novel (just the first route).
FSN UBW - watch second
FSN Heavens feel - watch third
F/Z - watch fourth.

Thing was she was a total feminist kunt and weirdo loser. Worse she was the chief organiser of the club and one of the reasons I eventually left the club.


Plus it seemed it me she didn't even watch any anime or even like anime in particular.


yeah strong everything being president of Melbourne's largest anime club and not even liking anime..


She never even entered the auditorium to watch the shows with the rest of the members. Never even came to conventions. Never even talked about anime.

I strongly suspect she only ran the anime club because of the position of power it gave her and the ability it gave her to fuk with betas who joined the club who couldn't speak up for themselves. Typical loser feminist scumbag.

Anyways I just thought she randomly picked Fruits Basket so she had something to say when people asked her what anime she liked the best..

On the Hunter X Hunter discussion, not rustled at all. It's just a matter of preference. Just because me and most of my friends loved it, I can't expect everyone to share the same opinion.

I also think that when some people don't like it, one of the factors is that so many people love it and talk about it so it's being hyped/recommended a lot. So when that person who sees that hype/recommendations try it, that person has a tendency to look for things to criticize or has very high standards. For example me and Re: Zero, I've seen a lot of talk about how good it is and how alpha the MC is. So I went into the show with very high standards and looking for things that make the MC alpha, as opposed to just relaxing and enjoying the story unfold. The result was I loved the plot but found the MC cringey.

I watched Hunter X Hunter 1999 version as a kid and replayed it in my early years in college, as well as read the manga. Watched the 2011 version too. And at that time I've not seen an anime/manga that is like that. Until now. So when I go watch a new fighting anime, for example Boku no Hero, I'm often disappointed because I'm constantly looking for Hunter X Hunter qualities in them and I don't see it. It's possible that this is also what happens to new watches of HxH, they're looking for qualities from animes they loved in it, but don't find it.

lol i think the original series was a crappy adaption apparently no idea. i never watched the original series. but this is definitely the best ****gytime since ...toradora? idk but it's ****in good. i'd put it like way way up there. clannad afterstory/toradora tier or better

i got rec'd to watch it by a female when i was like 15 or something. the female was like a tomboy she was like "just ****in watch it u ****er not reccing u anymore" and then i went home crying.... jk... lol i never looked into the series. it a good thing though... my first impressions of are the better adaptation.

but this is definitely the anime to be watching this season
