Why do people cope with their bad gym results by hating on dudes that have physics that are easily obtainable natty. Those guys are not huge they are just ripped. Urine idiot if you think it takes gear to get 15" arms and be ripped. Sure gear makes it easier but its not mandatory.

It might not make it mandatory but it sure makes it attainable for every single person.

Point is all non natty lifts and physiques are invalid.

I've known 15 y/o who've been on OJ. One guy I went to school with hit a growth spurt from 5'5" to 6'3" when he was 16 and told us years later that his dad gave him and his brother HGH and test to help them with sports and that's when he hit his growth spurt. He and his father are both pharmacists and there would be no reason for him to lie about this. He and his brother weren't even JC level athletes so it wasn't about money it was just trying to give them an edge.

It's super cheap and miraculous. Almost all of the physiques that you see and admire are using. Frauds have ya'll confused. The problem is that once you tech, you might be stuck doing it for life. Some people don't rebound from fish oil supplements.

Eric Helms has admitted to using jooce in the past. Layne Norton has held records in powerlifting and has competed in bodybuilding not to mention has been on record lying about BCAAs and Blaha of all people exposed hmmm. Physique wise probably not even natty. Alberto, don't think a guy who gets down to 5% BF extremely shredded who is still relatively big is natty either.

jooce and all these men's magazines since the 70s I think has warped our perception of what is natty and what isn't. dat dere didn't start to get widespread in the americas until the late 50's and early 60's. To be mostly safe you would have to look at physiques before the 50s but there's still a small chance they might have been on some T derivative. so I think before the 37-38' you can be absolutely certain unless there's some secret chit nobody has ever heard of.

To me the pinnacle of natty is probably John Grimek, he competed in the 30s and 40s. He was 5'8.5, 208 lbs and maybe around 12% BF. This sounds about right if you have amazing genetics for a natty.

160lbs at 5'8 is acheivable. He's very lean and probably looks bigger

You can get a decent lean physique natty, but big(by misc standard)+lean is rare unless you have good genetics or BBC.

do you not realize that many non nattys reached the peak of their natural physique, say 6ft 240 lean, BEFORE they became not natty only so they could then surpass those limits imposed only by genetics and biology, and do MORE work and harder dieting than non nattys can without overtraining?
