Coffee. that's why they all have it. The rest of the ingredients are for eye candy and don't do much or at all(based on science). Get some caffeeine pills and adjust the dosage as needed. You may also look into a few nootropics as a number were proven to have mild effects on performance.Originally Posted by bgr302

Well it doesn't have to have scientific proven effects to work. Placebo effect is strong. And even just the citrulline enhanced pump can be motivational=more gainz just cause it made you want to di an extra set

I eat / supplement 30 minutes to an hour before I workout. I normally eat a cliff bar with extra peanut butter on top followed by 3 glasses of water 1 with my own mixed bulk supplements from amazon I mix in 1. creatine from old school labs 2. L-citrulline DL-Malate 2:1 from bulksupplements 3. Beta Alanine from Bulk supplements 4l-Glutamine From bulk supplements 5 Caffeine. Then I mix salt into my second glass of water and down that followed by a glass of plain old water. Then I mix by post workout drink which is just iso100 I do a bit more than 1 scoop for about 30-35G of post workout whey. Not sure how much is in my head but doing this seems to both give me great workouts and quick post workout recovery.

Depends on what you want out of your pre OP. Do you want feelings of energy, pumps, focus or some combo of the three?
Once we know that suggestions can be made, but "best" is subjective and depends on what one wants out of the pre."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."
