Hi guys I'm new to this board ..here is my history 42 year old male im currently on an antidepressant and a blood pressure medication (hereditary). Just got back in the gym 5 months ago after a long break..my current supplements in taking is 5g a creatine a day with 3 protein shakes a day. I'm using the pea protein because I find whey hurts my stomach.Ive been happy with the gains. My question is there any other safe supplements I could take that won't affect my blood oressure. I'm looking for some lean muscle..I don't mind the creatine injust feel like it's not enough..Any guys out here with same issue high BP and on a medication and what supplements do find safe. I go to my doctor at the end of October .maybe to discuss some supplements I can take. So inwould appreciate any advice .I'm patient so I'm not looking for rapid gains..but a gradual increase in muscle mass in a few months.

None of the idiots on here are qualified to tell you what will and won't interact with your unnamed blood pressure meds.
