Syntha-6 Crisp bars and FitCrunch 4 life

Those Syntha6 Crisp bars are good and I've been munching on them while I sling drinks on
weekends at my 2nd job. Salted Toffee, Choc, Van, Smores, are the flavors I have and
I rate them in that order that I listed. I caught them for $12 a box so if I catch them on
a good deal again I might try some of the other flavors.

Yeah its pretty great all around. They have the best snack/junk food. They have these s'mores bites too where you can microwave them or 2-3 seconds which is enough to soften the marshmallow... amazing. BBQ Teriyaki and Orange Chicken are pretty good too.

I had the spicy beef and broc and the teriyaki chicken and both were outstanding. I also got kung pao chicken and mushroom risotto in the freezer. I actually cooked both of those in a wok instead of the microwave.

First time in almost a year that I failed to meet my numbers/percentages. Supposed to finish for 3 sets of 1. Got the first set, felt like I was lifting a tank it felt so heavy. Failed on the 2nd set and just called it a day on the main lift.

Very good work if it's your first time in a year. So many contributing factors that can cause you to feel "off". You're doing well if it's been that long lack of sleep or lack of food and rest haven't gotten in the way.

and Aldi's and if you haven't checked out Aldi's pop into one of them cause both will save you $$$
compared to regular supermarkets. Funny how both of the best supermarkets are owned by two
brothers from Germany and one owns Trader Joe and the other Aldi's and in Europe they are known
as Aldi's North and Aldi's South.

The discount grocers like Aldi’s and Lydl are so much better than the past ones like save-a-lot. I can legitimately buy wild salmon at lydl for less than farm raised in a regular grocery store.

Had a chuckle.....FedEx passed my order off to USPS for (rural) delivery. I watched FedEx deliver a couple blocks away, 30 minutes before the mail gal showed-up with mine. Hard to figure sometime why they do what they do.....but, prompt delivery as always from BB.C.

Aldi's has insane pricing on their single origin coffee. Haven't seen anyone else who sells it close to that cheap.

Aldi & Lidl are great. Lidl’s Instore bakery has some amazing products. Big fan of their mini baguettes.

They’ve both caused the ‘traditional’ supermarkets here (Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys) a lot of bother over the last 5-10 years as people are leaving them in their droves and going to a ‘discounter’ like Aldi & Lidl.

I've heard a lot about Lidl's but they haven't open one yet in NY except for Staten Island so I'm
hoping one will open soon in NY but near me. They are suppose to be Aldi's competition when it
comes to pricing and quality.

We also have a ton of fruit markets in Chicago that have turned into smaller supermarkets with very competitive pricing. The bigger chains continue to feel the pain

Unfortunately I don't live anywhere near Staten Island so that's why I can't wait til they open
one in Queens where I live hopefully soon but so far Long Island looks like they are gonna get
a Lidl's before Queens.

So what's the consensus on the those REDCON1 breakfast bars and the new flavor MRE bars (German Choc Cake and Donut)?

Was biting my tongue on the MRE bars as I had an order coming in (carrot cake) this was the highest rated flavor.... ummm they’re OK, for the calorie count I would have expected MUCH more in the flavor profile.... not sure I’d risk buying any other flavor going by their prices.....

Cherry Cola. Good initial taste, but is quickly followed by a muted chemical aftertaste.

Also gave me a headache. I think carbonated beverages and I are just enemies
