Not sure if this was posted already, but I've been chowing down on this lately, really good for "lite" ice cream. Been doing the Birthday Cake but they have several flavors. 1 pint is 280 calories and 24g protein. At first I thought it was chit because it was hard as a rock, but I noticed it said to microwave for 20-30 seconds, once I started doing that, it's really good.

In LA we do have a lot of options for pretty much everything, ice cream included. We have scoop shops for Ample Hills, Jeni's, Salt & Straw plus many others. Even get some different ones like the ones that focus on rolled ice cream. I've been meaning to try Creamistry. Drive by one every day on my way home from work but parking on beverly blvd seems like a headache so haven't bothered stopping just yet. Turns out AH didn't ship my Monday order because it's 3-days to my place from the packing center and it wouldn't be delivered on the 4th... so I have to wait until Monday for it to ship.

Agreed. It's nice to have the different options. I really need to venture out and try more locations. With living in the valley and working over in Beverly have so many places available. There are a couple I've seen posts on instagram and ******** ads like The Baked Bear, Paradis or The Dolly Llama (I drove by it actually last night on way to friend's party). And some others I've noticed on the food delivery apps. I wouldn't order ice cream on one in summer but nice to see what is around then go find them myself to try. I discovered B&J's Chocolate Fudge Brownie a few weeks before I joined bb.com...
I am both happy AND sad about that fact.
Happy that I started a healthier lifestyle as well as the fact that I didn't end up enjoying B&J's the way I want and eating myself to 400 lbs.
Sad that I don't get to eat my fill of it anymore.
