I have tried The Ripper which tasted horrible.

"Fat burners" do not directly burn fat, and is more of a marketing ploy. I'd focus on a quality pre that meets your goals and remain in a caloric deficit for your fat loss. A pre with "fat loss ingredients" is something that is going to make you sweat more than the normal version, but once you're drinking water then you're rehydrating.Originally Posted by xeroleo
