Great attempt at 214 but I don’t think he’d be able to stabilize it even if his shoulders could have put it up (that that they really require you to hold it for long)

Started doing rehab on my shoulder and rotator cuff that's been ****ed up for years. Their is hope that I might be able to bench again with no pain and overall be able to powerlift again. That would make me very ****ing happy.

Shoulder is getting better and better by the day from the rehab work I'm doing. Going to see if my shoulder can hold up to benching in the next 2 weeks. I have a good feeling about this.
Also, I've been losing weight over the past 3 weeks. Down 12lbs already, 185lbs from 197lbs. Think I'm going to drop down to 160lbs and then bulk up to 185lbs and stay around there as I'll start strength training again in a serious matter with 120% dedication and consistency like I did years ago.
Going to try to start deadlifting too. Most likely going to start pulling sumo since I have lower back problems. I'll most likely be able to do it as long as I'm safe and be smart about training.
I have high Hope's about all of this.Training Log:

I think all the older inactive logs were deleted. Not sure who deleted them, or even who the main admins are around here really. Haven't heard from Isaku/Bill in long ass time.

He turned into a dog and recently bought a house.
I also have no idea who the mods are in this section anymore. Every once in a while I see people get banned so there must be someone. Maybe its still Bill, but since hes a dog its no longer correct to say bearmod. Dogmod BillMost of my lifting gets posted to Instagram - https://instagram.com/fayerjw/

Hard to stay consistent when traveling so much and it's not fun when you have to reset every time. I was at Open Nationals a few weeks ago then Bench Worlds and then I leave for Raw Worlds tomorrow. Then when I come back, we have local meets I gotta go to on June 22, July 6, July 14, and July 27. Then got North Americans starting August 5 and Regionals August 17. It basically never ends.

Why is this section of the forums so dead? Back in the day this section was rocking with many lifters talking in this thread and always seeing journals bumped all day. What a shame.
