Plug your diet into chronometer.com and see what it shows and likely you are lacking in something if that's your only source of veggies/fruits
You can't rely on multi vitamins as sole substitutes to micronutrients etc
But why? You only like grapes out of 100s of fruits/veggies out there?NASM CPT
