To get 50 grams of protein from eggs you would need like 2 crates of them... Okay I am kidding but as much as I can like eggs and so many say they are an awesome source of protein I am not as much a fan because takes so many to get such a small amount of protein. Chicken is my go to for protein to calorie and amount you eat food. Not sure that makes sense. What I mean is I can eat 240-250 calories in chicken that is 12 ounces or so of it compared to 14 ounces of eggs at near 570 calories. I guess though that egg whites I can get the 50 grams at 238 or so calories but that takes 14 eggs.

Well excuse me. I was doing quick number crunching using an app so never said I was accurate. 8 is still a lot of eggs plus I still would prefer chicken over eggs personally.

Only 4g~ ( 3.5-3.7ish grams each ) roughly in an egg white tho.. just FYI so more like 13 egg whites :P for 50g of protein ( Or 7ish egg whites for 25g ). That protein does not have the fat from the yolks and is not using whole eggs so.. he was right the first time.

Assuming here speaking of just the whites so to match the protein you wouldn't be using whole eggs just the egg whites
