I pulled out my half used tub of Flash I got from you to start using again soon. Still trying to use up old opened stuff before opening some of my stored treasures or buying anything new. Select is always a good choice in protein. I have 4 tubs in storage of a few flavors but working on a wide variety of protein I have open before opening those.

Finally got a pupper, been wanting one for a long time since I grew up always having a dog. Schedule at work is predictable enough now and I have the time to put into taking care of her now.
Got her yesterday, 8 weeks old, female Boxer.
Named her Sylvanas.
She slept great last night, barely any crying and one accident so far, but pretty good about waiting until I take her out.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Very cute puppy!
To properly train yourself and the puppy, take them outside hourly for the first several days to learn how big of bladder she has. Then you'll get an idea of how often you have to take her out. She will also adjust very quick if you let her sleep with you in bed for the first week. Helps that she will wake you up when she needs to go outside.
To get her crate trained, leave a crate down and open at all times. Hide a couple pieces of food in there a couple times throughout the day. By week 2, she may not be willing to go in the crate overnight but she will see it as a safe place. Less likely to cry/bark. Then you can slowly get her used to longer and longer in the crate and long term, crate won't be needed. By ~6 months, I didn't need to use the crate again for my puppy.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Good advice, she actually slept the whole night no problems, and does not have an issue with the crate. Working on the poop/pee thing, couple accidents already, but she is still a baby. Carpet sucks already anyways so not worried about that.
