Ty brah
Not an expert on this. I'd recommend lurking an incel forum, they have info on this. Just don't get sucked in to their loser culture and mentality.
One surgery that I do know can work wonders is custom jaw+chin implants. I've seen before/afters, and they're just ridiculous. Also rhinoplasty if your nose is scuffed, just make sure you don't let them feminize your nose. Other than that, hair implants come to mind if you're balding.27

My squad has two ugly guys in it, and I feel so bad for them. They are both cool guys with good personalities, not the bitter incel type by any means. But they clearly get depressed when we bring over our gfs and hookups to a night out sometimes. They also always have a girl or two they're interested in and talk about, but it never goes anywhere. Feels really bad man. One of the two I have got in the gym, and he's starting to make some gains and get more confident. He's actually having limited success with girls now
Well, there's none. But if you're straight ugly, where's the pride in that? Better to correct the problem imo27

if you lose another 100lbs you will look normal like the rest of the population. walking down the street people won't stop and stare at you as if you were some ugly freak with 2 heads. you need to fix your mindset as you continue to drop the lard or you will be fked going forward in life

This. Also if someone forced me to get plastic surgery I honestly wouldn't be able to look at myself the same and it would probably lower my self esteem. You think your grandparents or your parents ever thought oh wow I'm so ugly I'll never get laid or have girls like me. No because if they ever thought that way you wouldn't be alive because they wouldn't have reproduced. Well who do your genetics come from? You can also always lower your standards dudes you get use to whatever category you get whether that's a 4 or a 9 anyway. A lot of these guys problems don't even have to do with looks either they're just extremely socially autistic.
And last point the surgery can go bad.

Yup. I'd guess most miscers look normal, and are autistic. The best fix for these types is to just get off the internet altogether, no more vidya, no apps, go outside and talk to people. Join a club or something
I'm not advising ugly people to get surgery so they can be respected on bodybuilding.com, but so they can get married and have kids with a normal looking and acting woman27

Good advice brah. Had my maxac consultation last month. First hair transplant last year. By my mid 30's I should have completed my looksmaxing journey and also be in a high income bracket for my age. I'll keep you posted if you're interested.

Good for you man. At your age, also prioritize skincare and keeping your skin youthful. A diet high in carrots and tomatoes consumed with healthy fats, fish oil, a reverse osmosis water filter, vitamin c&e serum, microneedling, and retinoids should all be considered
That's great progress man, keep it up27

Strong neg comment. No need to be so angry friend, I didn't see your post
Sure, if you're hideous that may not be enough. Those specific procedures were just examples. Still, if you're hideous, any improvement could help your situation. It may not turn you in to Chad, but it can make you look less gross27
