This island has been isolated from the rest of the world for thousands of years. The people there walk around ass naked and live in the jungle. They are modern day cavemen.
A Christian entered their land in peace and was instantly murdered.
I wonder what would happen in that Christian missionary picked a modern country with a religion of peace..... would the religion of peace treat him the same as these savages? Why has their society's behavior not advanced beyond an isolated jungle tribe? Why are the liberals who are claiming we need to stop hate in this world not protesting this?

Because they learned from their mistakes, every time visitors come to their land it ends badly.. Just like in your comparison with the middle east, every time they get their dose of 'freedom' they end up way worse then before (Iraq, Afghanistan etc).. So I can see the logic in both not wanting people masquerading as peaceful coming in to fuk chit up for them.. and they were right, that Christian missionary would have fuked their chit up with diseases.
We should study them from afar, try to learn whatever we can from the last neolithic tribe until they eventually perish from whatever natural disaster, disease or interaction with modern humans..

This,
The sentinelnese tribe's extreme aggression is their best survival mechanism. What's described above is very likely why they are so aggressive. Look at what happened to just about every isolated tribe that was contacted and integrated or having societies built around them. Many of these tribes were wiped out or nearly wiped out to diseases they have no resistance to such as measles.
Going to preach to this tribe is not going to make the world a better place for them. Not saying I support the murder of this man... but if you are going to preach you better be armed and ready to defend. Or better yet, just stay off the island since its protected by the Indian government.
Edit: In his journal he started singing worship hymns and telling the tribe that god loves you. For all we know the tribe probably thinks he is incanting black death magic.Last edited by Powerboiler; 11-22-2018 at 12:37 AM.

Sounds like a good plan. The PA to the chief executive usually opens up his latop every morning at 7.00am, in preperation for their first board meeting.
I think this man's HEART was in the right place, just not his common sense. There are parts of the world that civiliation just needs to leave alone, this island is clearly one of them."Honor is something that all men are born with. It cannot be taken from you nor can it be granted. It must only not be lost."

Because it has played out differently before. eg. Klaus Kuegler.
In the book; The Heart Of Religion by Matthew Lee, Magaret Poloma, Stephen Post, Klaus Kuegler gives his account of the kind of situation they faced (eg. rampant theft of their property, and witnessing murder)
Sabine Kuegler (his daughter) has an autobiography where she talks about the experience growing up...

I think that its fukn badass that there are tribes that just don't want to fuk with the outside world
Indigenous rights activists call for such groups to be left alone, stating that contact will interfere with their right to self-determination.[1] In addition, isolated tribes may lack immunity to common diseases, which can kill a large percentage of their people after contact.[2][3]
In 2013, it was estimated that there were more than 100 uncontacted tribes around the world, mostly in the densely forested areas of South America, Central Africa, and New Guinea, while Sentinels (Andaman Islands, India) are the most secluded tribe in the world.[4] Knowledge of the existence of these groups comes mostly from infrequent and sometimes violent encounters with neighbouring tribes, and from aerial footage.
