Lol almost as if I am trying to go back to where I used to be! Family life,work, and a long commute made staying in shape difficult. In 2014, I decided to get back into lifting and set up a home gym - just a power rack for squats, over head press, and bent over rows twice a week. Bi/tri once a week though I am considering getting a membership to a pool and emphasizing cardio more as I am getting older.
