Just started using MT Clear Muscle for the first time!

So finally I got myself a bottle of MT Clear Muscle. ******** had a sale for Muscletech products, was going for my pre-workout, saw they had clear muscle so I picked that one up along with my pre-workout Vaporx5. Use it Saturday. I'm currently doing the Arnold Blueprint (mass version) Idk its the only program that I like cause it has a lot of different exercises except for maybe chests. And it is high volume but I like high volume. My goal mostly is to get shredded,(six pack) so I have been tracking my diet with myfitnesspal relentlessly since I restarted training back in March. I see also they have a sale for clear muscle here so I might get two more bottles. I don't know what to expect from this product except that everyone keeps on saying that it works. I am 39, 5'5'' and 160lbs btw.

It's debatable whether or not HMB has any effect at all let alone after one day. I'd give it a little more time before going crazy over it.

It is debatable if Clear Muscle does much. Personally I would spend my money elsewhere.

So I can only say positive things about a brand I once worked for? Muscletech makes some good supplements just not convinced CM is one of them.

Going forward I won't comment on MT related items.

That’s what forums are for though, no? Providing nonbias opinions and feedback on products so consumers are informed before buying?

Here, I’ll keep it going. MT is an okay company IMO HOWEVER, I really wish they would stop putting yohimbe in every fookin pre workout. ENOUGH ALREADY!

I tried getting that changed boss. I react horribly to Yohimbe but couldn't get them to change it. Their Canadian versions don't have yohimbe so if you can find them you would be good to go.

So today was chest and back day and I used Clear Muscle today for the second time for a workout, the first time was on Saturday for leg day. I took one serving in the morning with a meal and second with my preworkout (vaporx5) and now about to take the third one with my evening meal. But when I came home from the gym after a few minutes my chest began to become itchy and turned really red, but it soon after stopped. I'm hoping this is just a short term side effect and only because its something new to my body. I also take Cell Tech Hyper build post workout. I didn't notice any strength gains yet of course since its like only day two or three if you count my rest day. On Saturday I didn't experience any itchiness. Tomorrow is shoulder and arms day so we will see if I continue to have any side effects or not.
