When I have all of these ingredients at the same time:
1 cup Quaker old fashioned oats (Measured when dry, before cooking)
1.5 cups water
Cook for two and a half minutes in microwave
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 ounce walnuts
add whey and walnuts after oatmeal is cooked, with some more water and maybe some ice cubes to cool it off. It's an awesome breakfast!

Intermittent fasting crew so no breakfast for me. But still love eggs and sausage so have 4 eggs + sausage + green chili like twice a week for dinner.

Right now my diet consists of primarily shredded chicken, a fuk ton of broc/carrots/cauliflower, oatmeal, banana/strawberry/grapes, avacado/milk/cheese for fats, and mashed black beans.
Pretty much eat some combination of these regardless of what time of day or which meal I eat. Throughout the week I sprinkle in red meat here and there, occasionally some tilapia.
