No wonder Nebraska fans are so excited. Not only is he a proven player and head coach, it's obvious pretty quick he knows what the hell he's talking about. I look forward to beating them by 30 this year, but it won't be long until they're our newest and biggest rival.

One of the most interesting things in "muscle science" I've read in a long time. A few of the sentences sounded like D1 was part of the piece compilation. rofl

For muscle mass, Dr. Zatsiorsky and Dr. Kraemer recommend:
2-3 muscle groups per day
2 to 5 exercises per muscle group,
up to 20-25 sets per muscle group per session,
hitting each muscle group twice per week using a 3 day split
Load of 5-7rm & 10-12rm,
with at least some of those sets taken to failure (repeated effort)
Maximize muscle cell strength (and across a large spectrum), not neural adaptation and other things associated with maximizing a 1rm.
I think that's more than all the sticky programs combined. +their creds are off the charts ranging from practical experience across multiple countries to extensive research and teaching.DR. 3time

I think the best part from all the articles there is that the details don’t really matter. It all works if you work hard. The fundamental message is “do as many hard sets as you can”, be that sets of 3 or sets of 20. Just work near your RM MAX and take the sets close to failure
I don't know either lol
