Hi all
Could anyone recommend a website /app that would help in designing own workout plan? I want to hit the gym instead of inefficient home workouts, but since I can't afford a personal trainer (I'm a student) I need to build it myself.
Now, I know there's plenty of paid services out there, but they're not cheap and considering that I only need something to make designing a workout a bit easier than in excel, I only want to ask about free tools.
